I was born and raised in Tooting and have naturally built a strong reputation within the local area. If something is happening in Tooting, you can bet your buck I will know about it. My vision is to be the number one go-to property person within the local community. The way you have your dentist, GP or plumber saved on your phone, I want you to think of me first with any property related queries.
What makes me unique and what has already allowed me to build a solid reputation is that you will be dealing directly with me throughout the course of your lettings journey. My clients who work with me would tell you that I treat all properties as if they were my own, this means I go the extra-mile to ensure I am providing the best tenants, optimum rents and an impeccable service from day one (try WhatsApp’ing me at 10pm or on a Sunday and I’ll still get back to you!). Being a bespoke agent means reputation and relationship building is everything and I like to ensure the process is not simply transactional.
Professionally I have over a decades worth of experience in the industry and have held senior positions with well-known corporate agencies. With this, I have been able to understand what clients needs really are and what I can do to really set me apart from the everyone else.
